-What is the hazardous waste determination for the 250 gallon plastic tote labeled OMNOVA Omna-Glo 100 <br /> that was filled about 6 inches high with clear to pale yellow colored liquid inside with floating debris? Is this <br /> a waste? What was in the tote? What did you do with it? <br /> The fluid was diesel fuel from a semi truck that was a complete burn. If you do not have those <br /> please provide a statement that going forward you will keep those for three years. <br /> -Provide three years of disposal records for lead acid batteries. If you do not have those please provide a <br /> statement that going forward you will keep those for three years. <br /> -Report the facility's hazardous waste activities on the CERS website here: https:Hcers.calepa.ca.gog_v/. If you <br /> need help please let me know. I can send screenshots to walk you through it. <br /> -Please provide a corrective action statement for#301. Were the oil spills/stains cleaned up? What <br /> happened to the oily absorbent?
