Submit a statement explaining how the two 1-gallon containers of Diversey Oxivir Tb (General Virucide, <br /> Bactericide,Tuberculocide, Fungicide, Sanitizer) and two 1-quart containers of Sustainable Earth by Staples <br /> Carpet Spotter, which were observed on plywood shelving in the facility's back storage/receiving area, were <br /> managed. If these items were disposed in the trash, explain how it was determined that these items were not <br /> hazardous waste. If these items were managed as hazardous waste, explain/provide documentation that <br /> shows how these items were stored and labeled. <br /> 2.
