The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br /> the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br /> emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br /> the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 11fl CCR 66262.40(a)Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in <br /> accordance with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the <br /> designated facility which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years <br /> from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years,from 2/21/2017 through <br /> 2/2112020,for all hazardous waste Including used oil and usedlwaste antifreeze. Provide these records and a <br /> corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class If violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3)Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action <br /> regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years,from 2/21/2017 throught <br /> 2/21/2020,for all hazardous waste including used oil and used/waste antifreeze.
