So its treated like solid hazardous waste. That
bucket of mud is dumped into the 55 gallon dumb daily at the end of a pressure wash shift, when the bucket is full the
55 gallon drum with unknown contents goes to safety Kleen. We separated the trash from the unknown contents, then
unknown contents into the used absorbent with oily deposits. Safety Kleen has then removed the unknown contents
that were inside of the 55 gallon drum. Then the drum is utilized again.
Violation 406:
Five of the drums left with Safety Kleen. Manifest will be attached, highlighted as violation 406aa. Six more drums have
departed our facility with E.R. Vine. Receipt and pictures will be attached, as violation 406a, 406b. in total eleven empty
drums.
Violation 605:
We will follow the practice of classifying our hazardous waste properties and physical state with both the number and
words of the hazard properties of the waste (e.g.,flammable, reactive, etc.)
Thanks,
Bobby Engkvist
Operations Manager
D & D Lift, LLC
3820 Rhonda Way, Tracy, CA 95304
P: (209) 229-7440 F: (209) 229-7447
C: (510) 719-1756 www.ddlift.com
i
