PROCESS DESCRIPTION TYPE OF AEROSOL CANS: Brake clean, paint ESTIMATED VOLUMES OR QUANTITIES TO BE PROCESSED MONTHLY: Estimated per month is 200 discharged (spent)cans. TREATMENT PROCESS OR PROCESSES DESCRIPTION:The Aerovent® standard unit Is directly threaded Into 2" bung on top of a 55 gallon (MD). Safe2FilterTM is threaded into 3/4" bung.Unit is grounded to a grounding rod Insert 1 aerosol can. Push down on the operating handle. Puncture & Drain wait 15-30 seconds to drain EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: Aeroventg Standard, ewstripe Inc. has been designed to puncture and drain aerosol cans that have been used and are mostly empty. It is not intended to continuously process full cans. EQUIPMENT DESIGN CAPACITIES:Every 600 Cans changing the Safe2FilterTM. If cans contain larger amounts of remaining liquids, change the filter more often.
