As well an access to an on line portal. <br /> Violation#301 -Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> This violation was corrected This violation will be corrected by(date): Ongoing <br /> Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: We preformed major house cleaning, built a <br /> waste cleanup kit accessible to all shop employees as well as a functional waste containment system, <br /> we have directed yard personnel that when equipment is delivered a leak inspection will be completed immediately <br /> and the spill kit will be deployed and replentished as necessary.
