Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION:Two eye wash bottles located on the east side of the shop and two eye wash bottles located on <br /> the west side of the shop were observed with expiration dates of 06/2019. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the eye washes into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. Provide <br /> a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br /> complete report on 1/23/2020 which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 24, 2020. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
