Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 c4L;FoN�P <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a interim remediation plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located <br /> at 3775 TRACY BLVD; TRACY has been reviewed by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) . <br /> The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances <br /> which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases <br /> associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which are located <br /> on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination <br /> that the plan is in compliance with local , State and Federal laws <br /> and regulations and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at PHS- <br /> EHD; 304 E. Weber Avenue; Stockton during the normal working <br /> hours , 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a written request by any member <br /> of the public for a public hearing is not received by PHS-EHD by <br /> Monday, November 13 , 1995 at 8 : 00 a.m. , the tentative decision <br /> shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS- <br /> EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, 95201 .
