Section 25299 37(c)of the Health and Safety Code provides us the authority <br /> to require an investigation and cleanup of unauthorized releases. The site at 3788 N. Tracy Blvd, Tracy,was piacod <br />' in the Local Oversight Program in March, 1991, and this agency has been providing oversight of the investigation <br /> and cleanup activities since that time <br /> This agency has reviewed reports submitted which contain soil and groundwater data collected as it relates to the <br /> unauthorized release and cleanup.
