(AGE) has <br /> prepared this report for the destruction of seven (7)ground water monitoring wells at 15406 <br /> South Tracy Boulevard, Stockton, California (site). The site location is depicted on <br /> Figure 1; site structures and former well locations are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> Ground water monitoring wells had been installed as part of a subsurface investigation of <br /> the former underground storage tank (UST) area at the site. Two-inch diameter ground <br /> water monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-7 were installed to depths of 25 feet-below <br /> surface grade (bsg). <br /> F A Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board)-prepared letter <br /> dated 14 January 2011 stipulated monitoring wells be destroyed before final closure at the <br /> site would be granted. Each well required a destruction permit from San Joaquin County <br /> i Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> a <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> i <br /> Well destruction activities were performed 15 February 2011 by All Well Abandonment of <br /> Placerville, California. Ground water monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-3 and MW-5 <br /> through MW-7 were destroyed by pressure grouting the well columns with Portland Type <br /> 11 cement (six gallons water for every 94-pound sack of portland cement ) and over-drilling <br /> a <br /> 837 Shaw Road • Ssocklon.
