INTRODUCTION <br />' In accordance with the request of Mr Bob Yamada of Yamada Brothers, Inc , Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 15406 <br />' South Tracy Boulevard, Stockton, California The scope of work included quarterly ground water <br /> monitoring and preparation of this report. The location of the site and the Immediately surrounding <br /> area are Illustrated on Figure 1, structures and monitoring well locations on the site are Illustrated <br />' on Figure 2 Background information is summarized in Preliminary Site Assessment Report - <br /> February 1999, prepared by AGE <br /> 1 <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' Quarterly ground water monitoring was performed on 12 June 2001 Field work was performed in <br /> accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and San <br />' Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD)guidelines for <br /> the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites and sampling ground water monitoring <br /> wells <br />�i <br /> 2 1 MONTTORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br />' On 12 June 2001, a Solmst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in the <br /> three wells relative to the tops of the well casings (well heads) The ground water elevations and <br />' gradient were determined from this data(Table 1) <br /> After recording water level measurements, a dedicated disposable plastic bailer was used to purge <br />' each monitoring well of standing water Approximately 10 gallons ofwater were removed from each <br /> well(approximately 3 casing-water volumes) Ground water temperature,pH and conductivity were <br />' measured at regular Intervals during the purge process using a Hydac water analyzer Field data <br /> sheets are included in Appendix A Purged water was stored on site In labeled, 55-gallon DOT- <br /> approved drums <br />' Domestic well DW-1 was purged by opening the purge valve and allowing the holding tank to be <br /> emptied Following complete discharge of the holding tank the pump was allowed to operate for at <br />' least one minute and a sample was collected from the sampling port located on the supply line <br /> between the well head and the holding tank <br /> I <br /> • <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
