(Ground�Zero) submits this Subsurface Investigation Summary Report <br /> on behalf of Waterfront Yacht Harbor to summarize subsurface investigation activities conducted <br /> at the subject site(Figure 1). <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION j <br /> 1.1 Purpose <br /> The purpose of the field work was to investigate current subsurface soil conditions beneath the <br /> underground storage tanks(USTO and product lines currently located at the facility. <br /> 1.2 Resources <br /> Sean Garvey, a Ground Zero geologist, directed fieldwork on January.28 h and February 2°d, 2000. <br /> Fisch Environmental (Fisch), a State`licensed drilling company (C57-683865), performed drilling <br /> services. Argon Laboratories, Inc. (Argon), a California state-certified hazardous waste testing <br /> laboratory (FLAP #2359), completed the laboratory analyses.
