WYH has conducted a <br /> subsurface investigation relating to three 5000.gallon underground fuel storage tanks (USTs) <br /> and approximately 250 feet of associated piping situated below the Property and the <br /> adjacent property. Based on the results of such investigation, WYH has proposed to the <br /> Public Health Services Department of San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division <br /> ("PHSIEHD"), that this site be closed/abandoned in place by filling the tanks and piping with <br /> cement pursuant to a closure permit issued by PHS/EHD.
