Based on the results of such investigation, WYH has.proposed to the <br /> Public Health Services Department of San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division <br /> ("PHS/EHD"), that this site be cicised/abandoned in place by filling the tanks and piping with <br /> cement pursuant to a closure permit issued by PHSIEHD.
