In this letter we are <br /> requesting relief from charges billed to us by your office <br /> on January 8 ; 1992 . These charges of $,3 .200 .61 are being <br /> heaped on top of charges previously assessed of $11 ,357 . 53 , <br /> $3 ,711 .07 of which has already been paid . The total .amount <br /> billed to date for "oversight " on this. ',°project amounts to <br /> $14 ,558 . 14 . We reiterate our contention that the amount of <br /> monies being charged is completely unreasonable . For <br /> reasons previously stated . we feel we are being unjustly <br /> burdened' <br /> - <br /> by-'neverendingand-unfounaedthe <br /> -' lrlevies ; �magnitudes of of which are astounding . According to the <br /> breakdown of time and charges sheet included , the lead <br /> agency is charging 35 .4 hours at $1 ,009;,.64 or $28 .52 per <br /> hour . In addition , there is added a program management <br /> charge of $2 , 190 .97 . This amounts to over 2000 of charges <br /> for the actual time spent on our project . <br />
