Turner Road, Lodi to ,a. <br /> property located at 500 N: Cluff :Ave. , Lodi, and to later <br /> cold mix this soil with asphalt. mnixtures and use .it as <br /> road surface. <br /> The District does not object .to the transportation of the <br /> contaminated soil as long as 'proper precautions are taken <br /> to assure minimal entrainment - ofhydrocarbons into the <br /> atmosphere. . The contaminated soil -shall be covered at all <br /> times as stated by Rule •409.9. <br /> The proposed water emulsion system (cold soil/asphalt mix <br /> system) is not expected -to result} in :significant <br /> emissions.
