a.
5.3 Figures depicting lithology(cross section), treatment system diagrams.
See Section 5.2 above.
5.4 Stockpiled soil remaining on-site or off-site disposal(quantity).
No stockpiled soil remains on the site. Approximately 371 tons of diesel fuel-impacted soil were
transported to the BFI Livermore, California landfill for disposal on March 23, 1999.
5.5 Monitoring wells remaining on-site,fate.
Three groundwater monitoring wells designated MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3 are present on the site
w in the vicinity of the former UST. These wells were last monitored and sampled in October 2001 at
the completion of the fourth consecutive quarter of groundwater sampling. It is anticipated that
these wells will be abandoned by pressure grouting upon receipt of a letter of no further action from
the Regional Board.
5.6 Tabulated results of all groundwater elevations and depth to water.
.. Tabulated results of the depth to groundwater in all wells is presented in Table 6
5.7 Tabulated results of all sampling and analyses including: Detection limits for confirmation
&- sampling, and lead analysis
Tabulated results for all sampling completed to date are presented in the following tables:
• Table 1 -Organic Soil Sample Results-UST Product Piping
• Table 2-Organic Soil Sample Results-Former UST
• Table 3 -Inorganic Soil Sample Results-UST Backfill Soil
• • Table 4-Soil Sample Results-Soil Boring Investigation
• Table 5 -Groundwater Sample Results-Soil Boring Investigation
• Table &-Groundwater Sample Results-Quarterly Monitoring
. 5.8 Concentration contours of contaminants found and those remaining in soil and groundwater,
both onsite and off-site including: lateral extent of soil contamination, vertical extent of
groundwater contamination, lateral extent ofgroundwater contamination, and vertical extent of
groundwater contamination.
The areas of diesel fuel impacted soil and groundwater are relatively small. Therefore,
concentration contours are not depicted, and lines showing the limits of contamination are depicted.
The limits of soil contamination are depicted in Figure 4 and the limits of groundwater
contamination are depicted in Figure 5. Detected concentrations of diesel fuel are listed adjacent to
each boring location. The vertical extent of soil contamination is depicted in Figure 6.
LO ATC Associates Inc. 7 Project No.51.75128-0001
