(Delta), has been authorized by General Mills Incorporated <br /> (General Mills), to Londuct a hydrogeologiL investigation and assessment of the tormer underground <br /> fuel oil tank Iocation at the General Mills tacility lo,-ated at 2000 West Turner Road, Lodi, <br /> San Joaquin County, Calitornia The location of the site is shown in Figure 1 and site teatures are <br /> shown in Figure 2 <br /> Introduction <br /> This letter report presents the results of the most recent quarterly monitoring activities including <br /> ground water table elevation measurements and sampling for chemical analysis of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon constituents The field work was e,ondLlLted at the site in accordance with the field <br /> methods and proLedures presented in Enclosure A and under the supervision of San Joaquin County <br /> personnel <br /> Ground Water Table Elevation Measurements <br /> A total of three on-site monitoring wells were measured for depth to ground water on <br /> February 23, 1994, (Figure 2) The ground water table was measured at- the site between <br /> approximately 39 and 39 5 feet below the surtace Ground water table measurements recorded to <br /> date are compiled in Table I Ground water table measurements collected on February 23, 1994, <br /> were used to Lonstrw t the water table contour map shown in Figure 3 The primary direction of <br /> ground water flow is toward the southwest with a hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 003 <br /> Ground Water Analy is <br /> Ground water samples were collected tiom monitoring wells MWA through MW-3 on <br /> February 23, 1994 A representative of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division was <br /> present to observe monitoring and sampling activities These samples were submitted to a <br /> state-certified laboratory for analysis of benzene toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX), and total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as diesel <br /> Delta Delivers 5oluoons <br />
