(Delta), has been authorized by General Mills Incorporated (General Mills), to conduct a hydrogeologic investigation and assessment of the former underground fuel oil tank location at the General Mills facility located at 2000 West Turner Road, Lodi, San Joaquin County, California The location of the site is shown in Figure 1 and site features are shown in Figure 2 Introduction This letter report presents the results of the most recent quarterly monitoring activities including ground water table elevation measurements and sampling for chemical analysis of petroleum hydrocarbon constituents The field work was conducted at the site in accordance with the field methods and procedures presented in Enclosure A Ground Water Table Elevati n Measurements A total of three on-site monitoring wells were measured for depth to ground water on March 23, 1993 (Figure 2) The ground water table was measured at the site between approximately 39 and 40 feet below the surface Ground water table measurements recorded to date are compiled in Table 1. Ground water table measurements collected on March 23, 1993, were used to construct the water table contour map shown in Figure 3 The primary direction of ground water flow is toward the southwest with a hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 003 Delta Delivers Solutions
