r Z1 INC <br /> 7.4 Well Survey <br /> 49, <br /> WZI conducted a groundwater well survey for the area surrounding the site to a radius of <br /> approximately 2,000 feet The nearest significant wells are depicted below <br /> Well Location Distance Use <br /> Main water supply well onsite 100 feet water supply <br /> Standby water supply well onsite 500 feet water supply <br /> Turner School well Turner School 2,000 feet landscape irrigation <br /> The Sebastiani Vineyards main water supply well was drilled and completed by Mr Dave <br /> Kirschman, a local water well driller, during January 1949 The standby water supply well <br /> was also drilled by Mr David Kirschman during 1959 <br /> A review of files that might contain information for the main and standby water supply wells <br /> from the following regulatory agencies was reviewed U S Geological Survey Division of <br /> Ground Water, California Department of Water Resources and San Joaquin County Public <br /> Works Department In addition to the above agencies, County Public Health records were <br /> searched None of the agencies had any permit on file for the drilling or completion of the <br /> two wells The Sebastiani water supply system that these wells serve is identified by the <br /> Department of Health Services Office as Drinking Water System No WA 461312 A <br /> summary of information that has been compiled on the two wells is presented in Appendix <br /> V of this report The reported distance to the nearest sewer or sewage disposal facility is <br /> estimated to be 1,000 feet and the distance to the other nearest active or abandoned water <br /> wells is estimated to be 2,000 feet The main water supply well is reported to have a total <br /> depth 160 feet with a casing diameter of eight inches It is unclear if the main water supply <br /> well has a sanitary seal <br /> The depth to groundwater surface for the main supply well in its static state is 20 feet below <br /> ground surface and 60 feet below ground surface during its pumping state The well pump <br /> is capable of providing 900 gallons per minute The bowls are set at 60 feet below ground <br /> surface No information is available for the main water supply well yield This well is <br /> utilized on a daily basis to provide water-for winery operations <br /> 19150011 005 26 <br />
