CTEO-ENGINEERS RrD011IACA 76- (s3o) 668-5300, CALI IF CONTRACTOR#513857 FAX(510)662-0273 KL(3IS ILP-LD GLOLOC,IS I S v�ege@mtothtr coin APRIL-JUNE 0UARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT FOR ARC PUMP & WELDING, 7211 SO TURNPIKE RD., STOCKTON, CA _ SEPTEMBER 30, 2004 ■j� N 0 V 2 9 2004 PURPOSE AND SCOPE ENMRONItirlLNT HEALTH PE��M1USERVICES The following report documents the Second Quarter 2004 collection and certified laboratory analysis of groundwater samples from four monitoring wells located at former Arc Pump and Welding, 1211 So Turnpike Road, Stockton, CA SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION .� The site address is 1211 So Turnpike Road, Stockton, CA The 0 33 parcel is located at the northeastern corner of the intersection of Commerce Street and So Turnpike Road in an area zoned for light manufacturing and industrial use (Figure 1) The property is located in projected Section 14, TIN, ME, of the MMB&M at approximately 12 feet above mean sea level (Figure 2) The property previously contained one 500 gallon gasoline Underground Storage Tank (UST), that was used to store leaded and unleaded gasoline from the late 1950's or early 1960's through 1987 (Figure 3) The UST, product dispenser, and associated underground piping were removed from the site to 1987 The property owner has installed four groundwater monitoring wells in the course of investigating the soil and groundwater conditions at the site LOCAL GEOLOGY AND HYDROGEOLOGY The site is located on surface soils belonging to the Stockton Adobe Clay series These soils are derived from Recent alluvial fan and floodplain deposits The 80 feet of explored section at the site consisted of stiff clay and silt with 2-4 foot thick layers of fine to medium sand at approximately 20, SS, 60, and 78 feet bgs
