Requested analysis for each sample <br /> 5.3 Delivery of Samples to Laboratory <br /> ' Samples will be delivered to the laboratory on a daily <br /> basis. Samples will be refrigerated to approximately 40C <br /> for shipping. Shipping containers will be sealed with <br /> ' security tape to assure sample integrity during shipping. <br /> Delivered samples will be accompanied by a chain-of-custody <br /> record. The laboratory shall note on the chain-of-custody <br /> that samples were properly preserved and security tape was <br /> ' intact upon arrival . <br /> 6.0 Sampling and Drilling Equipment Decontamination <br /> ' All equipment used for drilling and sampling will be <br /> decontaminated prior to use . All equipment used for <br /> collection of more than one sample, such as bailers and <br /> spoons, will be decontaminated between each use to prevent <br /> cross contamination between samples.
