ISite Background Information Comfort Air, Inc <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0141 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> monitoring wells MW-8B, MW-9A/B, MW-I OA/B, MW-I IA113 and MW-12A/B) and one ground <br /> water monitoring/extraction well EX-1 Pilot borings MW-8B,MW-9A/B,MW-1 OA/B,MW-I IA/B <br /> and MW-12A/B were completed as ground water monitoring wells using two-inch diameter PVC <br /> Icasing with 0 020-Inch slotted screen The screen was Installed from approximately 15 to 35 feet bsg <br /> in MW-9A through MW-12A, and from 60 to 65 feet bsg in wells MW813 through MW-1213, with <br /> I blank casing extended to the surface Pilot boring EX-1 was completed as a ground water extraction <br /> well with 0 020-inch slotted screen installed from approximately 15 to 35 feet bsg and with blank <br /> casing extended to the surface A California state-licensed survey engineer from Baumbach and <br /> I Plazza,Inc surveyed a reference point on the top ofwells MW-3,MW-6,MW-7,MW-8A/B through <br /> MW-12A/B and EX-1 to the nearest 0 01-foot relative to a City of Stockton Bench Mark <br /> I On 15 December 2004 a 118 foot soil boring was advanced at the site and completed as monitoring <br /> well MW-13 The well was completed as ground water monitoring well using two-Inch diameter <br /> PVC casing with 0 020-Inch slotted screen The well was screened from 113 to 11 S feet bsg with <br /> I blank casing extending to the surface A California state-licensed survey engineer from Morrow <br /> Surveying surveyed a reference point on the top of wells MW-3,MW-6,MW-7,MW-SAB through <br /> MW-I2A/B, MW-13 and EX-1 to the nearest 0 O1-foot relative to a local bench mark <br /> On 22 and 23 October 2002 monitoring wells MW-1,MW-2 and MW-4 were destroyed by utilizing <br /> hollow stern augers to drill out wells MW-1, MW-2 and MW-4 to the wells total depths <br /> Subsequently,each borehole was completely backfilled with a portland cement grout mixture to one <br /> to two feet below surface grade and the remaining areas were backfilled to surface with neat cement <br /> Between March 1992 and October 1999, seven ground water monitoring events were performed at <br /> the site, ground water monitoring has been conducted quarterly since November 2000 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> I <br />
