The <br /> ' operational and health and safety i esponslbilities of pertinent RESNA personnel are <br /> identified below. <br /> ' CORPORATE SAFETY MANAGER: Marilyn Moots <br /> The Corporate Safety Offieei is responsible for establishing and directing the RESNA <br /> Health and Safety program. In this capability she set policies with respect to SSPs and <br /> ensures that the requirements are implemented company-wide. The Corporate Health and <br /> Safety Director report to the company president, Mr. George Barsom. Ms. Moots can be <br /> reached at (602) 961-0777. <br /> ' BRANCH SAFETY OFFICER: Bill Channell <br /> The Branch Safety Officer is responsible fol disseminating requirements with respect to <br /> SSPs, for monitoring training related to SSPs, and for submitting specified SSPs to the <br /> Corporate Safety Officer for approval. The Branch Safety Officer reports to the <br /> Corporate Safety Officer. Mi. Channell can be reached at (209) 838-3507. <br /> PROJECT MANAGER: John P. Lane <br /> 1 <br /> The Project Manager is responsible for the provisions and submittal of this SSP to the Site <br /> Safety Officer (SSO) and for advising the SSO on health and safety matters. She/He has <br /> the authority to provide for the auditing of compliance with the provisions of this SSP, <br /> suspend or modify work practices, and to i ecommend disciplinary action for individuals <br /> ' whose conduct does not meet the provisions pi esented in this SSP. The Project Manager <br /> is also responsible for ensuring that Wdical Surveillance Exams and Training Programs <br /> are current for all personnel «voi king on-site.
