CLOSED <br /> Violation 102,failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. OPEN I need a response for the hazardous waste <br /> determination on the contaminated paint rags and sanding waste. Are the wastes going to be handled as hazardous <br /> waste? If they are,you can take them to the County Household Hazardous Waste Facility(Business Section). <br /> Violation 119,failed to report program data in the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS).
