The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for RAMSES GARAGE as of April 13, 2020. <br /> Open violations from July 22, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#102-Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: According to Ramses Lopez, Owner, contaminated paint rags and sanding waste are thrown <br /> away into the trash. <br /> REGULATION: Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately <br /> make a hazardous waste determination for the waste absorbent, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how these wastes will be <br /> managed. Provide hazardous waste determination information for the wastes that are deemed non-hazardous. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#119-Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATIONS: A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)for the hazardous waste <br /> program has not been made. <br /> REGULATION: Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to <br /> existing)hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately create a CERS account and make the required submittals.
