SAN JOAL1 <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />--COUNTY - <br /> AMENDED <br />6/11/2020 <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />D & L AUTO REPAIR SHOP <br />Facility Address: <br />720 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON <br />Date: <br />June 10, 2020 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # Remarks <br />301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Observed oily staining on the shop floor under the portable oil lift drain that was not cleaned up. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br />waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean oily area under the portable oil lift drain. Manage the waste according <br />to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
