The containers <br />were: <br />- Two 55-gallon drums of used oil were lacking hazardous waste labels <br />- Two 55-gallon drums of used antifreeze were lacking hazardous waste labels <br />- One 55-gallon drum of used oil filters (paper and metal mixed) was lacking a hazardous waste label <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
