The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for Becker Transmission and Auto Repair as of June09, 2020. Open violations from August 23, 2018 inspection Violation #101 - Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number. This facility's hazardous waste ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without a hazardous waste ID number. Go to the DTSC web site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for the form to reactivate the ID number . Immediately reactivate your state ID number and submit evidence to the EHD. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ Supporting documents included ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #110 -Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for used oil (2015) and for used antifreeze (2018, 2017, 2016, and 2015) were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review.
