The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for Manteca Valero as of May01 , 2020 . Open violations from August 29, 2019 inspection Violation #202 - Failure to maintain the " Facility Employee Training Certificate" on-site ( after October 1 , 2018 ) . The Facility Employee Training Certificate dated 10/30/18 contained no " initial training dates" and the "date of assuming responsibility as a facility employee" for listed employees ( Wagma Abdul , Hasina Nasir and Navjot) . All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if after October 1 , 2018 , or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1 , 2018 . The Facility Employee Training Certificate shall contain accurate information for all employees trained . Update the Facility Employee Training Certificate to contain the accurate information and submit a copy of the updated form to the EHD . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #320 - Failure to comply with the installation , inspection , or record keeping of the overfill prevention .
