SAN JOAQUIN <br />CCUNT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />SAVE ON FUEL <br />420 W YOSEMITE AVE, MANTECA <br />April 01, 2020 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />315 <br />HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre -Jul 2003). <br />OBSERVATION: Approximately 1 gallon of liquid was observed in the 91 STP sump. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br />must be removed and disposed of properly. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed all liquid from the 91 STP sump. Ensure that all sumps <br />and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />319 <br />CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br />tested. <br />OBSERVATION: The 91 product spill container failed when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All LISTS shall be equipped with a spill container that collects any hazardous <br />substances spilled during delivery operations, that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that <br />allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The drain valve in the 91 spill container was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 5/1/2020. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
