Can you please tell me if the <br />violations, dated June 4, 2019, have returned to compliance? CERS still shows the violations as open. <br />Item -103- Copy sent to site. <br />HSC 25292.2 -Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. <br />204 -Copy sent to site. <br />CCR 2712(1) -Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br />210 -Spoke to Designated Operator (DO) to correct in the future. <br />CCR 2716 (f) -DO monthly reports not maintained on site for 12 months or for 36 months (after October 1, 2018). The DO <br />failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br />309 -Was corrected on site. <br />CCR 2636 (f)(1) Monitoring in sump/UDC failed to activate and visual alarm or stop the flow product. The Bravo float <br />and chain in UC 3/ (diesel fuel) failed to stop the flow of product when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of the <br />tank system. <br />315 -Removed remaining water. <br />
