SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> I y AMENDED <br /> 2/27/2020 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TOWER PARK RESORT/MARINA 14900\V HTl1JY 12 LODI February 25, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3)Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from years 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 for hazardous wastes <br /> including used oil,oil filters,and oily absorbent were not found on site during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 <br /> and maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement <br /> to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 505 CCR 66262.34(f)Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> OBSERVATION: At the used oil collection area,the 300 gallon hazardous waste tank storing used oil had a <br /> hazardous waste label that fell off the tank. The label was missing the accumulation start date and the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste." <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Label the hazardous waste tank with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the accumulation <br /> start date.
