S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> C o u N T AMENDED <br /> 4/15/2020 <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TOWER PARK RESORT/MARINA 14900 W HWY 12 , LODI February 25, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 114 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection, two disposal records were observed for waste hydrocarbons (pickups on <br /> 6/29/2018 and 9/10/2018). The facility operator did not have any other hazardous waste disposal records from the <br /> past three years. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit an exception report to <br /> the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 45 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years from 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 for <br /> all hazardous wastes including used oil, oil filters, oily absorbent,waste fuel, and fuel contaminated absorbent. If <br /> the destination facility signed manifests cannot be found then prepare an exception report for each missing manifest <br /> as required by Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.42. DTSC address is DTSC Report <br /> Repository, Generator Information Services Section, PO Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812-0806.
