SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />2/27/2020 <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />TOWER PARK RESORT/MARINA <br />14900 W HWY 12, LODI <br />February 25, 2020 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />113 <br />HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from years 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 for hazardous wastes <br />including used oil, oil filters, and oily absorbent were not found on site during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br />This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br />the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 <br />and maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement <br />to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />505 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br />OBSERVATION: At the used oil collection area, the 300 gallon hazardous waste tank storing used oil had a <br />hazardous waste label that fell off the tank. The label was missing the accumulation start date and the words <br />"Hazardous Waste." <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the <br />accumulation start date. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Label the hazardous waste tank with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation <br />start date.
