The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for TOWER PARK RESORT/MARINA as of June 12 , 2020 " Open violations from February 25 , 2020 inspection of this section has been given to , and completed by , each employee. (e) The owner or operator shall maintain training records on current personnel until closure of the facility and training records on former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the time frames and training materials required by this section . Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . The documentation must include a list of training topics , date of training , job title , name of employee , written job description (qualifications and duties) , and employee signed (or certified ) record that documents the training . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #118 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . OBSERVATION Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from years 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 for hazardous wastes including used oil , oil filters , and oily absorbent were not found on site during the inspection . REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 and maintain them on site . Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement t to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
