The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TOWER PARK RESORT/MARINA as of June 12 , 2020 " <br /> Open violations from February 25 , 2020 inspection <br /> of this section has been given to , and completed by , each employee. <br /> (e) The owner or operator shall maintain training records on current personnel until closure of the facility and training <br /> records on former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br /> Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section . Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics , date of training , job title , name of employee , written job description (qualifications and duties) , and employee <br /> signed (or certified ) record that documents the training . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #118 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . <br /> OBSERVATION Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from years 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 for hazardous wastes <br /> including used oil , oil filters , and oily absorbent were not found on site during the inspection . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2/25/2017-2/25/2020 <br /> and maintain them on site .
