The letter also requested that any feasibility studies needed to compile a CAP be <br /> completed so that the submittal of the CAP would not be delayed. <br /> As of this date PHS/EHD has not received a CAP for this site. Please submit to PHS/E11D either a <br /> completed CAP or a status update on the CAP compilation including an estimated date for submittal by <br /> November 11, 1993. <br /> The soil sampling frequency proposedin the quarterly report for the stockpiled soil is adequate.
