The waste was generated by Alco (EPA ID CAL000371650) at Alco's facility located at 1815 Navy <br /> Dr. in Stockton. <br /> The information to be corrected on the manifest is the description of the waste. The manifest <br /> (Attachment A) initially described the waste as "Non RCRA hazardous waste solids (debris, petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons)"with waste code 223. The corrected description should read "NA 3077, Hazardous Waste, Solid, <br /> 9, PG III, Organic oily paper with metal residue." In addition to California code 232, the waste should have been <br /> assigned waste code codes D008.
