SAN J O A R N Environmental Health Department <br /> -:a U ;� i _# �V AMENDED <br /> 7/23/2020 <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> MORADA CHEVRON FAST N EASY#60* 10878 N HWY 99 , STOCKTON May 28, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> -The designated operator documented visual inspections of the UDCs bur left the question regarding UDC sensor <br /> location blank. <br /> -The"N/NA" in sections VII through XI were not fully explained in section III of the report. <br /> -Missing CERS ID <br /> -Section V was missing UST owner/operator's response <br /> -According to the reports, overfill prevention equipment inspection was said to be conducted on 11/26/2018 but <br /> there were no notifications or test results sent to EHD, no work orders or test results found onsite indicating overfill <br /> prevention testing was completed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 309 CCR 2636(f)(1)Monitoring in sump/UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br /> OBSERVATION: The float and chain in the UDC 7/8, UDC 5/6, and UDC 3/4 failed to stop the flow of product at the <br /> dispenser when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the float and chain and verified functionality. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the diesel STP and 91 STP sumps. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately 8 cups of liquid from the sumps.
