LAND, LAND USE AND BIOTA Describe the site 's topography (e . g. , land forms, slopes, etc.) : Existing site is generally flat with the existing building being a high point. Existing AC pavement and gravel surfacing cover all other areas Describe agricultural land that will be lost as a result of the project (type of crops, acres, quality of soil, etc. ) : No agricultural or crops will be lost as a result of this project Describe any wildlife habitat on-site and species that are or may be present: There is no known wildlife habitat on -site or species . Describe any vegetation on-site by type and extent: Site is all gravel or pavement surfacing . Only a few small trees are located near Bethany Road . TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION Describe the amount and type of traffic that will be generated by the project: Only a minor increase in traffic will be generated by this project. See attached traffic study for details . Water will be used to control construction related dust. They appear to be a mostly abandon rail spur to Tracy . Describe any on-site or off-site sources of light or glare (e . g. , parking lot lighting, or reflective materials used) : Site currently has existing building , parking , and yard lighting . The Project will some new ouside lighting Describe any on-site or off-site source of odor (e. g. , agricultural wastes) : None Known Describe any displacement of people that will be caused by the project (e . g. , numbers of people, housing units) : The Project will not displace any people .
