Expansion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and reclamation facilities and providing <br /> land for disposal of sanitary sewer effluent from you project. <br /> 2. Expansion of the Water Treatment Plant and related facilities, including remote storage. <br /> 3. Additional backbone water, sewer and storm trunk lines and other "backbone" facilities, <br /> including off-site extensions. <br /> 4. Additional arterial roadway facilities and extensions. <br /> 5.
