The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for Mossdale Chevron as of April 17, 2020. <br /> Open violations from June 13, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #319 -No spill bucket,failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br /> tested. <br /> The 87 product and 91 product direct bury spill containers failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. It was <br /> observed that the spill containers for both products were only able to hold 4 '/2 gallons of water. All spill containers <br /> shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br /> contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
