A J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> STKN ARMY AVIATION SUPP FACILITY 2000 STIMSON RD, STOCKTON December 30, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 118 CCR 2715(a)(1)(A), 2715(a)(2) Failure to submit the "Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and <br /> Compliance Form". <br /> OBSERVATION: The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was not sign <br /> in CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This form must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance <br /> Form for this facility. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 320 CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention. <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing has not been conducted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October <br /> 13, 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Ensure all <br /> future testing is conducted within required time frames. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site for monitoring system certification. The paperwork inspection was conducted on December 11, 2019. <br /> An inspection report was provided at that time. This report is an addendum to the original inspection report.
