Eight Mile Road still has one open violation from the 3/1/2018 <br />APSA inspection. Violation #710 is still open. Please send me a copy of the amended SPCC plan so that I can close out <br />this violation. When we visited the site on 3/9/2020 with the EPA this was still an issue in the SPCC plan at that time. If <br />you have any questions or need assistance please let me know. <br /> <br />As a reminder, since your facility is past the 30 days to return to compliance you are being charged at the current hourly <br />rate of $152 per hour for all time spent on bringing your site back into compliance.
