SECTION 9-4013 . FENCE REGULATIONS. (a ) Fences are permitted, but not required, and are subject, to the following height limitations : (1 ) Three (3 ) feet above the road crown on corner lots for the triangular thirty-foot (301 ) area (snipe ) at the road intersection; ( 2 ) Three (3 ) feet in any other front or street side yard, except that an open fence up to seven ( 7 ) feet in height may be permitted. All frontag tes or entrances shall be recessed a minimum of ten (10 ) feet from the property line; ( 3 ) Seven (7 ) feet in any other required yard for parcels under twenty (20 ) acres in size, or eight (8 ) feet in any other required yard for parcels twenty (20 ) acres and over in size; (b) The following provisions qualify or amend the fence regula- tions specified in Subsection (a ) (1 ) Section 9-3233 : Special fence requirements . SECTION 6 Section 9-4110 is hereby added to Chapter 2 , Division 4 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code to read as follows: SECTION 9-4110 . FENCE REGULATIONS.
