SECTION 9-5409 . FENCE REGULATIONS . (a) Fences are permitted, but not required, and are subject to the following height limitations : (1) Three feet above the road crown on corner lots for the triangular 30-foot area (snipe) at the road intersection. (2Z Three feet in any other front or street side yard, except that a fence u� to six feet may be permitted a minimum of ten feet from the property line. (3) Six feet in. any other required yard. (b) The following provisions qualify or amend the fence regula- tions specified in Subsection (a) - ( 1) Section 9-3233 : Special fence requirements. SECTION Section 9-5509, Chapter 9 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby added to read as follows : SECTION 9-5509 . FENCE REGULATIONS.
