ATTACHMENT I <br /> PART I - PROPOSED FENCE REGULATIONS : <br /> A. Agricultural Zones : <br /> A fence cannot exceed the following heights: <br /> 1 . Three feet above the road crown on corner lots for the <br /> triangular 30-foot area (snipe) at the road intersection. <br /> 2 . Three feet in any other front or street side yard, except <br /> that an open fence up to seven feet in height may be per- <br /> mitted as long as any gate is recessed a minimum of ten <br /> feet from the property line. <br /> 3 . Seven feet in any other required yard for parcels under <br /> 20 acres in size, or eight feet in any other required <br /> yard for parcels 20 acres and over in size. <br /> B. Rural Residential RR and Residential _RAZ Zones : <br /> A fence cannot exceed the following heights : <br /> 1 .
