GENERAL PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT - <br /> Proposed changes to Volume I of General Plan 2010 <br /> 1) Page IV-11, Growth Accommodation Implementation. Add the <br /> following after Implementation #4 : <br /> 5. Uses allowed in the Agriculture-Urban Reserve zone must <br /> be consistent with the underlying General Plan <br /> designation. Consistency shall be determined based on <br /> whether or not the proposed use is allowed in an urban <br /> zone which implements the General Plan designation. <br /> 2) Page IV-15, Growth Accommodation Implementation #15 (f) . <br /> Revise as follows: <br /> 15. (f) An environmental Impact Report (EIR) shall be <br /> prepared and certified for each Master Plan,—Piablie <br /> Finaneing Pian, and Specific Plan of each new <br /> community. <br /> 3) Page IV-22 , Residential Implementation #2 . Revise as <br /> follows: <br /> 2 . Rural Homesites. Applications for residential <br /> subdivisions zening permitting the creation of parcels <br /> less than two acres with septic systems shall be <br /> accompanied by a septic tank feasibility study. <br />
