I <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-93-485 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GP-92-12 , GP-92-13 , <br /> GP-93-4 , GP-93-2 , GP-93-3 AND GP-93-5. <br /> { <br /> WHEREAS, on November 5, 1992 , June 3 and June 17 , 1992 , the <br /> San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 12 , March 9 , July 13 and July 27, 1993 , <br /> this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said a <br /> matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, j <br /> and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of <br /> or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being <br /> advised on the premises; <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the <br /> internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the <br /> adoption of the amendment; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that the San Joaquin County General Plan 2010 is hereby amended by <br /> approval of the following, as shown on the attachments : <br /> 1. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. GP-92-12 OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY (ROBERT & BARBARA BYINGTON, C/O MICHAEL HAREEM) : A <br /> General Plan Map Amendment to amend 37 acres from A/G (General <br /> Agriculture) to A/L (Limited Agriculture) . The project site <br /> is located on the east side of Ashley Lane, south of the <br /> Calaveras River, approximately 1, 130 feet north of Cherokee <br /> Road, northeast of Stockton. <br /> 2 . GENERAL PLAN MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. GP-92-13 OF LOUIS <br /> RARLE, ET AL (C/O DON MOYER) : A General Plan Map Amendment -to <br /> amend 35 acres from A/G (General Agriculture) to I/G (General <br /> Industrial) ; The project site is located on the west and east <br /> sides of Hansen Road, 3 , 930 feet south of Schulte Road, west <br /> of Tracy. <br /> 3 . GENERAL PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO.
