BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R- 93-149 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GP-92-14 AND GP-92-15. <br /> WHEREAS, on January 7 , 1993 the Planning Commission considered <br /> GP-92-14 and GP-92-15; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 9 , 1993 this Board' of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the <br /> internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the <br /> adoption of the amendment; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that the General Plan 2010 of San Joaquin County is hereby amended <br /> by approval of the following: <br /> 1. General Plan Map Amendment Application No. GP-92-14 of San <br /> Joaquin County (Countywide) : <br /> LC004 - 13230 and 13296 E. St. Rt. 88 Hy. , Lockeford, <br /> and 13252 and 13268 E. Tully Rd. , Lodi: from General <br /> Agriculture (A/G) to Limited Agriculture <br /> (A/L) ; <br /> LC006 - 14315 E. St. Rt. .88 , Lockeford: from General <br /> .-Agriculture (A/G) to Residential Low Density <br /> (R/L) ; <br /> TR002 - 24500 S.
